VIEWS Music Camp for Braille Users 2015

July 5-11, 2015

Exciting week long camp with the focus on music! Activities: instruments, vocal lessons, Braille music, choir, drama, dance, ear training and social and recreational fun.

Location: W Ross Macdonald School, Brantford, ON
Cost $500.00
Ages 8+ and must be able to perform own daily living skills.

VIEWS Workshop update

On April 1, 2015, VIEWS For The Visually Impaired hosted a workshop led by Dr. Lauren Lieberman, a Distinguished Service Professor at The College at Brockport in the area of Adapted Physical Education. The workshop provided hands-on and practical physical education experiences to educators and also included access to Dr. Lieberman as a consultant until June 30th, 2015 to answer questions, provide support and situation-based advice. Pushing the Boundaries Outdoors
May 23-14, 2015: for students 14+

Enjoy the outdoors at Geneva Park on Lake Couchiching, near Orillia, Ontario. This venue will provide opportunities for connecting with other youth, building communication skills and developing self-confidence through the integrated experiential provides that will be provided. Staff at Geneva Park will provide positive and creative learning opportunities in their unique natural setting. Stay tuned for more details.
